SiteInvoice is an invoice manager with the following feature highlights:

SiteInvoice installs easily as a Sitellite add-on, and is very easy to use. It was originally developed to meet the invoice management needs of Simian Systems, and was released under the GPL license with the hope that it might benefit others as well.

Some of the plans to improve for SiteInvoice 3.0 include:

• More customizability of overdue notices and when they are sent
• More statuses (disputed, viewed, etc.)
• PO Number field
• Recurring invoices (weekly, monthly, etc.) w/ "Ends After"
• Product management
• Online payment processing
• Reporting on paid invoices based on a given time range (UI improvement)
• Custom message per invoice (ie. a text box)
• Mass export of invoices for a given time range, for integration with existing financial or spreadsheet software
• Additional improvements based on community feedback
