Description

SiteSeach is an advanced search engine add-on to Sitellite. SiteSearch is based on the Apache Lucene project and runs as a separate Java-based server and a PHP-based client which communicate via XML-RPC. SiteSearch includes automatic awareness of Sitellite's user privileges, the ability to extra text from over a dozen file types, and a search stats browser. Note: For those looking for a simple search module, Ysearch is much simpler to install and maintain and should satisfy the needs of most sites.
